Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 6 (6 in.) - flour tortillas
- 1/2 pound breakfast sausage.
- 1/4 cup grated mexican blend cheese
- - picante sauce (optional)
How To Make sausage and egg breakfast tacos

Step 1Brown the sausage, crumbling it as it cooks. Drain off the grease.

Step 2Beat the eggs well. Pour into the skillet with the sausage.

Step 3Cook stirring often until the eggs are done.

Step 4Divide the sausage mixture evenly between the 6 torlillas, placing it in the center of each.

Step 5Sprinlke each with cheese. Add picante sauce if desired.

Step 6Roll each taco. Serve warm.
