  • - 2 estra large eggs
  • - salt and pepper
  • - 1 tsp. butter
  • - 1 tsp. vegetable oil
  • - 1/3 cup chopped cooked sliced ham
  • - 1/2 cup shredded swiss, america, or cheddar cheese
  • - salt and pepper

How To Make quick ham and cheese omelet

  • Step 1
    Break eggs into bowl, season with salt and pepper and lightly beat with a fork. Heat small omelet pan or nonstick skillet til hot and add the butter and oil, swirling to coat evenly. Pour in egg mixture, tilting to spread, and cook for 5 seconds.
  • Step 2
    Use a spatula to draw in edges of omelet toward the center. Continue til most of the liquid is set. Sprinkle omelet with ham and half of the cheese. Fold over one side to enclose filling and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve at once.
