How To Make puffy cheesy baked omelette

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9" deep pie plate. Combine milk, flour, butter, baking powder, salt and pepper in a blender, blend until smooth. Add eggs and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese blend until well combined. Pour into pie plate and bake 1 hr.

Step 2Combine bacon, tomatoes and green onion sprinkle over warm omelette then top with cheese. Cut into wedges.
