Ingredients
- 3 - eggs
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons pizza sauce or tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1/4 cup your favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, diced bell peppers, etc),
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make open-face pizza omelette

Step 1In bowl, beat together eggs, water, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

Step 2In a medium-sized skillet, heat oil.

Step 3Add egg mixture.

Step 4As egg begins to set, use a spatula to gently lift edges to allow uncooked egg to flow onto skillet.

Step 5When egg is almost set on the surface, spread pizza sauce over the top.

Step 6Sprinkle with cheese; add toppings.

Step 7Place lid on skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes - until cheese melts.

Step 8Slide onto serving plate.
