How To Make ~ nanner french toast ~

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Get skillet or griddle warming up over low to medium heat. Add some butter or oil, so not to stick.
  • Step 2
In a bowl, whisk egg, vanilla, milk & cream and cinnamon until thoroughly blended.
  • Step 3
Dip one slice of bread into egg mixture and make sure both sides are soaked with the mixture.
  • Step 4
Place the first slice in skillet and lengthwise, slice banana into 4 pieces and lay on that slice of bread, making sure its covered evenly with banana.
  • Step 5
Soak other slice of bread now and place on top of banana's.
  • Step 6
After about 3 - 4 minutes or until golden on the first side. Carefully flip to the other side and cook another 3 - 4 minutes.
  • Step 7
Place on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until inside is completely cooked.
  • Step 8
    I then slice in half.
