pineapple, small chunks
1/2 c
ham, cubed
1/2 c
monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
6 Tbsp
water, or 6t milk
salt, to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste

How to Make Hawaiian Omelette

Step-by-Step

  • 1Beat together eggs, water (or milk), salt and pepper.
  • 2Thinly coat your skillet with vegetable oil spray. Heat over medium high.
  • 3Pour egg mixture into pan.
  • 4When eggs are almost set, sprinkle half of the omelet with remaining ingredients.
  • 5Fold other half of omelet over filling.
  • 6Continue cooking until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
  • 7Cut omelet into 3 wedges and serve.
