  • 1/2 c
    pineapple, small chunks
  • 1/2 c
    ham, cubed
  • 1/2 c
    monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 Tbsp
    water, or 6t milk
  • ·
    salt, to taste
  • ·
    freshly ground pepper, to taste

How to Make Hawaiian Omelette


  1. Beat together eggs, water (or milk), salt and pepper.
  2. Thinly coat your skillet with vegetable oil spray. Heat over medium high.
  3. Pour egg mixture into pan.
  4. When eggs are almost set, sprinkle half of the omelet with remaining ingredients.
  5. Fold other half of omelet over filling.
  6. Continue cooking until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
  7. Cut omelet into 3 wedges and serve.
