Ingredients

  • 6 - eggs
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, small chunks
  • 1/2 cup ham, cubed
  • 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 6 tablespoons water, or 6t milk
  • - salt, to taste
  • - freshly ground pepper, to taste

How To Make hawaiian omelette

  • Step 1
    Beat together eggs, water (or milk), salt and pepper.
  • Step 2
    Thinly coat your skillet with vegetable oil spray. Heat over medium high.
  • Step 3
    Pour egg mixture into pan.
  • Step 4
    When eggs are almost set, sprinkle half of the omelet with remaining ingredients.
  • Step 5
    Fold other half of omelet over filling.
  • Step 6
    Continue cooking until cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
  • Step 7
    Cut omelet into 3 wedges and serve.
