hash brown crust quiche
My kids and I love quiche but recently I didn't have a pie crust ( or time to make one from scratch ) so I tweeked my usual recipe a bit - and we loved it ! Now they want me to make it with hash brown crust every time :-)

Ingredients
- 1/2 bag frozen hash browns
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup light mayo
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 6 ounces cooked meat( diced ham, shrimp, crab, etc)
- 1 1/2 cups cheese
How To Make hash brown crust quiche

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Spread hash browns evenly in pie plate and brush with melted butter Bake for about 12 minutes ( dont cook until browned or will end up overcooked)

Step 3Mix all other ingredients and pour over hash brown crust Bake for about one hour .
