    eggs beaten
  • scoop(s)
    green onions ( hand full)
  • 1 slice
    ham shreded (i just used lunch meat)
  • scoop(s)
    mexican cheese (hand full)
  • ·
    salt and pepper

How to Make Ham scramble


  1. I warm up the skillet with butter and olive oil
  2. sauté the green onion for a min then dump in 3 beaten eggs and mix that in
  3. I stir that around then shred up a piece of ham
    I add salt and pepper stir that around, add a bit of cheese blend that in, let that sit for a sec. and your done. So simple and easy and good.
