eggs in the microwave
This is so easy! This recipe came about one Sunday morning when hubby and I were cooking a big breakfast with our 3 adult kids. We were all in the kitchen cooking, using the stove for bacon and fried potatoes and the oven for toast, and also the electric skillet going, making French toast. Hubby wanted eggs too.. And this is how we always do it now.

- 3 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- - butter
- - cheese and other toppings
How To Make eggs in the microwave

Step 1Butter a glass pie plate and set aside

Step 2Scramble egs and molk together, Pour into buttered pie plate and place in microwave.

Step 3Microwave for 1 1/2 minute. Remove and use rubber spatula to push cooked outsides toward the center

Step 4Microwave for another minute, the push it to the center again. Add toppings to center

Step 5Microwave for 30 seconds, then fold over and microwave another 30 seconds.

Step 6Microwaves vary, so adjust cooking time for yours.
