Dilly Scrambled Eggs
Most of us know how to make good scrambled eggs. This is a delicious change from the norm. Great for brunch or dinner.
How to Make Dilly Scrambled Eggs
- Heat butter and/or oil in a medium skillet over medium low heat.
- Whisk together eggs, dill and onion until well blended and frothy. (Don't do this too early)
- Pour into skillet and stir gently until set, a little moist, but not runny.(They will continue to cook a bit after you take them off of the heat) Season with salt and pepper and serve.
