dilly scrambled eggs
My good friend had me over for brunch and we had these eggs. Most of us know how to make good scrambled eggs. This is a delicious change from the norm. Great for brunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 6 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons fresh dill, minced (or in a pinch, use 1 tsp dry)
- 1 - green onion, chopped (more or less to your taste. onion can over power a dish, so go easy)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make dilly scrambled eggs

Step 1Heat butter and/or oil in a medium skillet over medium low heat.

Step 2Whisk together eggs, dill and onion until well blended and frothy. (Don't do this too early)

Step 3Pour into skillet and stir gently until set, a little moist, but not runny.(They will continue to cook a bit after you take them off of the heat) Season with salt and pepper and serve.
