~ creamy mushrooms over poached eggs & toast ~
One of my Grams favorite ways of serving poached eggs. I love this easy, delicious recipe and serve on special occasions, such as Christmas. I hope you try it sometime, it sure beats just plain old poached eggs. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, large chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon each - black pepper & paprika
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups milk
- 6 - poached eggs
- 6 slices hot, toast
How To Make ~ creamy mushrooms over poached eggs & toast ~

Step 1Saute mushrooms in 2 tablespoons of butter, until tender.

Step 2Sprinkle with flour and seasonings, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Add milk & Worcestershire sauce and cook, stirring constantly. Boil for a couple minutes or until thickened.

Step 3Poach eggs.

Step 4Place egg on slice of hot toast.

Step 5Cover over with sauce. Enjoy, it's delicious!
