Ingredients
- 1 large head cauliflower cut into small florets
- 8 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup fresh chives chopped
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make cauliflower egg scramble

Step 1Cook the cauliflower in salted boiling water until tender. Drain well.

Step 2Beat egg together and set aside.

Step 3Add butter to large skillet. When butter is melted and hot add the cooked cauliflower. Pour the eggs over top and cook stirring until eggs are done. Stir in chives and season with salt and pepper
