From The Brickhouse Inn Bed and Breakfast Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. This is a good, fun way to make an omelet. Obviously, you can play with ingredients and add or substitute ham, sausage, potatoes, etc.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 6 - eggs
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make bacon-cheddar rolled omelet

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2Generously grease foil with cooking spray. Place foil in bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish.

Step 3Whisk together flour, milk, butter and eggs until smooth.

Step 4Pour carefully into prepared pan.

Step 5Sprinkle with bacon.

Step 6Bake until eggs are set 15 to 18 minutes.

Step 7Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with cheese.

Step 8Starting at narrow end of pan and using foil to lift roll the omelet.

Step 9Wrap with foil and return to warm oven for a few minutes.

Step 10When ready to serve slice into 1 or 1 1/2 inch slices.
