Ingredients
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 6 ounces any kind of cheese, shredded
- 6 - eggs, beatened
- 1 1/2 pints (3 cups) half and half
- 1 teaspoon salt,( omit if using salty meat)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 8 ounces precooked,smoked ham, chunked or bacon,crumbled (or omit meat and use fresh frozen spinach, that has been thawed and all the liquid squeesed out)
How To Make wonton quiche

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. GREASE MUFFIN PANS(CUPS). Take 2 wonton wraps and crisscross them into each cup, to form 8 points.Take a pinch of the cheese and a pinch of the meat or if useing spinach, and put in cups. Beat together eggs, half and half, and seasonings and pour over the meat and cheese in the cups, filling about 1/2 full.

Step 2Place into preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the egg is cooked. Serve hot or cold.

Step 3TIP: Make sure you spray the muffin cups with oil before you put the wonton wraps in, because they stick to bottom of muffin cups, and will ruin the whole thing.
