    bread, cubed and trimmed of crusts
  • 2/3 lb
    processed cheese, cubed
  • 10
  • 2 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 3/4 lb
    sausage, cooked, drained
  • pinch

How to Make Vicki's Breakfast Casserole


  1. Put bread cubes in a 9 X 13 baking dish; cover with cheese.
  2. Put the sausage on next.
  3. Beat together eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper; pour eggs over bread, cheese and meat.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 325.
  6. Bake, uncovered, for 45-60 minutes - Check near the end to make sure top is not getting too done.
