I don't use recipes, I just cook what sounds good & this worked well. Adjust according to your tastes & you will love it! I make it in my "ready, set, go" cooker for individual servings for work. :)

Ingredients

1/2 c
milk
3
eggs
1 tsp
garlic powder
1/2 can(s)
spinach
1/2 can(s)
mushroom pieces
1/2 can(s)
black olives (slices or chopped)
1/8 c
choice of cheese
3 slice
bacon bits
1/8 c
anything else you might like
1 can(s)
refrigerated crescent rolls

How to Make Upside Down Quiche

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix eggs, milk, garlic powder. Add spinach, mushroom, black olives, & bacon & blend thoroughly. Add remaining and additional items.

    Spray baking dish with Pam & pour mixture into dish. Lay 1 layer of crescent roll dough on top & bake. You can sprinkle shredded cheese on top before/after baking.
  • 2If cooking in traditional oven, allow at least 25 minutes for cooking (make sure eggs are done).

    If using "ready, set, go" takes about 15 min if using full area.
  • 3Can pre-prepare basic & add items according to individual tastes in a large family or party situation.
