I don't use recipes, I just cook what sounds good & this worked well. Adjust according to your tastes & you will love it! I make it in my "ready, set, go" cooker for individual servings for work. :)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 can spinach
- 1/2 can mushroom pieces
- 1/2 can black olives (slices or chopped)
- 1/8 cup choice of cheese
- 3 slices bacon bits
- 1/8 cup anything else you might like
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
How To Make upside down quiche

Step 1Mix eggs, milk, garlic powder. Add spinach, mushroom, black olives, & bacon & blend thoroughly. Add remaining and additional items. Spray baking dish with Pam & pour mixture into dish. Lay 1 layer of crescent roll dough on top & bake. You can sprinkle shredded cheese on top before/after baking.

Step 2If cooking in traditional oven, allow at least 25 minutes for cooking (make sure eggs are done). If using "ready, set, go" takes about 15 min if using full area.

Step 3Can pre-prepare basic & add items according to individual tastes in a large family or party situation.
