I don't use recipes, I just cook what sounds good & this worked well. Adjust according to your tastes & you will love it! I make it in my "ready, set, go" cooker for individual servings for work. :)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 can spinach
  • 1/2 can mushroom pieces
  • 1/2 can black olives (slices or chopped)
  • 1/8 cup choice of cheese
  • 3 slices bacon bits
  • 1/8 cup anything else you might like
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls

How To Make upside down quiche

  • Step 1
    Mix eggs, milk, garlic powder. Add spinach, mushroom, black olives, & bacon & blend thoroughly. Add remaining and additional items. Spray baking dish with Pam & pour mixture into dish. Lay 1 layer of crescent roll dough on top & bake. You can sprinkle shredded cheese on top before/after baking.
  • Step 2
    If cooking in traditional oven, allow at least 25 minutes for cooking (make sure eggs are done). If using "ready, set, go" takes about 15 min if using full area.
  • Step 3
    Can pre-prepare basic & add items according to individual tastes in a large family or party situation.
