When I was a Pampered Chef Consultant, I would offer this to my hostesses for a brunch party.

Ingredients

  • 8 - eggs
  • 2.5 oz - of boiled ham, bacon or sausage or all 3
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5 slices bread
  • - vegetables (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon dill seasoning

How To Make twas the night before christmas

  • Step 1
    Place eggs and milk in a bowl and beat with a whisk. Add cheese and meat. Cut the bread in cubes and add to eggs. Add dill. Let sit overnight in fridge. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake on 350F for 50 minutes.
  • Step 2
    ***veggies you can add: onion, green pepper, mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, ect. The skies the limit.
