Ingredients For three-cheese quiche - crustless

    egg yolks
  • 1 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 1 c
    half and half cream
  • 1 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 c
    shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt free seasoning blend
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried basil

How To Make three-cheese quiche - crustless

    In a large bowl, combine the eggs, egg yolks, whipping cream, Half and Half, mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, tomatoes, seasoning blend and basil. Pour into a greased 9" deep dish pie plate. Sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. ENJOY!
