Ingredients
- 10-12 eggs, beaten
- 1lb sausage
- 1 cup diced ham (any kind)
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into small cubes
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 mini peppers, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make sunday easy breakfast casserole

Step 1Beat eggs together and set aside.

Step 2In a large frying pan cook up the sausage. Drain fat.

Step 3Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan. Cook for 8 minutes.

Step 4Transfer frying pan ingredients to 13 x 9 casserole dish. Cover with egg mixture top with cheese.

Step 5Cook at 420 degrees for 25 minutes.
