Ingredients

  • 2 cups commercial seasoned croutons, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 10 ounces package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
  • 4 ounces monterey jack cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 3 - eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make spinach pie parma

  • Step 1
    Combine crushed croutons and melted butter; stirring well. Firmly press the crumb mixture evenly on the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate; set aside.
  • Step 2
    Combine the spinach and the next 8 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon the spinach mixture into the prepared crust.
  • Step 3
    Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Remove from the oven, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
