Ingredients
- 2 cups commercial seasoned croutons, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 10 ounces package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup small-curd cottage cheese
- 4 ounces monterey jack cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make spinach pie parma

Step 1Combine crushed croutons and melted butter; stirring well. Firmly press the crumb mixture evenly on the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate; set aside.

Step 2Combine the spinach and the next 8 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon the spinach mixture into the prepared crust.

Step 3Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set and lightly browned. Remove from the oven, and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
