Ingredients

  • 1 - unbaked pie shell
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 12 slices bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup italian cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 - eggs
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon basil, fresh
  • 3/4 teaspoon chopped green onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon chopped onion
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

How To Make spinach, bacon & cheese breakfast pie (quiche)

  • Step 1
    Preheat Oven To 425 Degrees F.
  • Step 2
    Spread 1 Tablespoon Softened Butter Onto Unbaked Pie Crust
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle (Part) Of the Bacon Crumbles & (Part) Cheese's onto crust. Press firmly.
  • Step 4
    Beat Eggs with rest of ingredients . Pour Into Crust.
  • Step 5
    Bake 15 Min. Then Turn Down Oven to 325 Degrees F. & Bake 40 More Minutes.
  • Step 6
    Let stand 10 Minutes To Allow The Pie To 'Set' Before Serving.
