Ingredients
- 1 can cubed spam
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen peas & carrots
- 3 cups prepared instant rice
How To Make spam & fried rice

Step 1Cook rice, drain well. Cube 1 can Spam and stir fry in a non-stick skillet (can use a little Pam non-stick spray). Stir in carrots and peas until thoroughly heated. (You can also pre-cook (boil) the peas and carrots if you are in a hurry & want to cut down on cook time). Mix carrots, peas, rice and Spam together and lightly stir fry until heated through. Serve plain or with soy sauce. (You can also stir in a lightly beaten egg(s) if you'd like to add even more flavor.)
