Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage
- 12 medium eggs
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese, small curd
- 16 ounces mexican blend shredded cheese
- 2 medium yellow onions
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 16 ounces jar of jal. peppers
- 4 tablespoons butter
- - salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped olives
How To Make smoked sausage breakfast casserole

Step 1Boil Sausage set aside to cool some, then food Process kind of chunky.

Step 2Chop onions, olives, Bell Pepper

Step 3wisk eggs add all ingredents except Cheddar cheese

Step 4pour egg mixture in sprayed Pan add Sausage kind of stir in sausage top with 1/2 the Cheddar Cheese

Step 5Bake in oven on 375 for 40 min once cooked take out add remaining Cheddar Cheese let it set about 5 min. for cheese to melt and serve or Foil over to Travel. Great for Sunday School Breakfast.
