How to Make Sausage, Hashbrown & Egg Casserole
- Preheat oven to 400.
Brown both rolls of sausage and drain.
Beat 6 eggs till frothy.
- Spray a 13x9x2 casserole pan with non-stick spray.
Layer hash browns and sausage twice
- Pour eggs over hashbrown and sausage mix.
Place in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until hashbrowns are tender.
May be served with white country gravy and hot biscuits to complete a filling meal.
