Yummy and easy. You can substitute the sausage for any breakfast meat you would like and it is still delicious.

Ingredients For sausage egg & cheese caserole

1 lbbreakfast sausage, browned and drained

3eggs
-
1/8 tspsalt (optional)

2 1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cbisquick
-
1/3 cbutter, melted
-
1 1/2 cmilk (i use skim but i don't think it matters)
How To Make sausage egg & cheese caserole

1Mix all ingredients together, except hold back 1/2 cup cheese.

2Pour into greased 8 x 8 baking pan.

3Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until edges start to brown and middle is not runny.

4Sprinklle remaining cheese on top and put back in oven until cheese melts.

5Remove from oven and allow to sit for about 5 minutes so it can set. Cut and serve.
