Sausage Egg & Cheese Caserole

Ingredients
-
1 lbbreakfast sausage, browned and drained

3eggs
-
1/8 tspsalt (optional)

2 1/2 ccheddar cheese, shredded
-
1/2 cbisquick
-
1/3 cbutter, melted
-
1 1/2 cmilk (i use skim but i don't think it matters)
How to Make Sausage Egg & Cheese Caserole
- Mix all ingredients together, except hold back 1/2 cup cheese.
- Pour into greased 8 x 8 baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until edges start to brown and middle is not runny.
- Sprinklle remaining cheese on top and put back in oven until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and allow to sit for about 5 minutes so it can set. Cut and serve.
