Yummy and easy. You can substitute the sausage for any breakfast meat you would like and it is still delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, browned and drained
- 3 - eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 2 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups milk (i use skim but i don't think it matters)
How To Make sausage egg & cheese caserole

Step 1Mix all ingredients together, except hold back 1/2 cup cheese.

Step 2Pour into greased 8 x 8 baking pan.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until edges start to brown and middle is not runny.

Step 4Sprinklle remaining cheese on top and put back in oven until cheese melts.

Step 5Remove from oven and allow to sit for about 5 minutes so it can set. Cut and serve.
