A favorite and traditional Christmas morning recipe in my family for years and years. Great feature: refrigerate overnight and pop it in the oven in the morning.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds sausage
- 9 - eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 slices bread, cubed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar chees
How To Make sausage & egg casserole

Step 1Brown sausage, drain. Mix remaining ingredients with mixer. Add sausage. Pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover, and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour
