Ingredients
- 6 slices buttered bread
- 1 pound browned sausage
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pint half and half
- 8 - eggs
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make sausage & egg breakfast casserole

Step 1Place 6 slices of buttered bread butter side up in bottom of 9x13 pan. Add sausage & cheese. Mix half & half & eggs together in separate bowl. Add salt & pepper. Place egg mixture over cheese & refrigerate overnight.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees Bake 30-45 minutes Serve
