sausage egg biscuit casserole
I found this recipe posted on Facebook and change a bit to accommodate for a large crowd. There is many ways to make this a "quick dish" by using egg beaters and already cook sausage. Plus you could change the ingredients to make it less fat and healthier option.

Ingredients
- 1 can buttermilk grand biscuits
- 1 pound pork sausage ground
- 8 - eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar chesse
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make sausage egg biscuit casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan and set to the side.

Step 2Brown pork sausage and drain. While browning sausage, open biscuit can and place in baking dish. Mix together eggs and milk. Add Salt & Black pepper to taste to the egg mix.

Step 3Put sausage over biscuits. Then pour egg mix over biscuits. Spread cheese over top evenly.

Step 4Bake in Oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Let dish sit for 5 minutes before enjoying.
