I found this recipe posted on Facebook and change a bit to accommodate for a large crowd. There is many ways to make this a "quick dish" by using egg beaters and already cook sausage. Plus you could change the ingredients to make it less fat and healthier option.

buttermilk grand biscuits
1 lb
pork sausage ground
3/4 c
1 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c
shredded cheddar chesse
salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Sausage Egg Biscuit Casserole


  • 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan and set to the side.
  • 2Brown pork sausage and drain. While browning sausage, open biscuit can and place in baking dish. Mix together eggs and milk. Add Salt & Black pepper to taste to the egg mix.
  • 3Put sausage over biscuits. Then pour egg mix over biscuits. Spread cheese over top evenly.
  • 4Bake in Oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Let dish sit for 5 minutes before enjoying.
