Ingredients
- 1 pound pork breakfast sausage
- 15 ounces hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 9 large eggs
How To Make sausage egg bake

Step 1Brown breakfast sausage in skillet. Drain off the grease. Add the hash browns (thawed, half of a 30 oz bag) and 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese.

Step 2Spray 9 x 13" pan and add the sausage/hash brown mixture.

Step 3Place the eggs and milk in bowl and whisk together. Add the salt and Pepper (can use white pepper) to the egg mixture. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage/hash browns. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Allow to set 10 minutes before serving. Should serve 12 people.
