sausage, egg and biscuits casserole
I added other spices (such as onion powder) besides salt & pepper. This is a recipe where you can add other ingredients that fit your taste buds. Since I was serving to my Bible Study buds---I kept things simple. FYI: This casserole cooks up beautifully and is super easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 can canned buttermilk biscuits - any brand
- 1 pound jimmy dean sausage
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 - eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make sausage, egg and biscuits casserole

Step 1Cut biscuits into six to eight pieces place in a grease 8x8 pan.

Step 2Brown sausage on the stove top and drain spread over the cut up biscuits.

Step 3Beat eggs and add milk and salt and pepper to them and pour over sausage and biscuits, sprinkle both shredded cheeses over the top.

Step 4Bake in 8x8 pan at 425 for 30-35 min. Let sit 5 min.
