I use this recipe whenever I am having a crowd over for brunch. It's easy and done in a very short amount of time, that's what I like about it.

Ingredients For sausage casserole

  • 2 lb
    breakfast sausage
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 1 1/2 c
    bisquick mix
  • 6
    eggs
  • 1 c
    shredded cheese (cheddar)
  • garlic powder, pepper and parsley, to your taste

How To Make sausage casserole

  • 1
    Brown sausage in skillet. Drain on paper towels.

    Combine milk, Bisquick mix and eggs. Mix for one minute with electric mixer.

    Spread sausage in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

    Pour the Bisquick mixture over the sausage.
  • 5
    Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 6
    Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
