I use this recipe whenever I am having a crowd over for brunch. It's easy and done in a very short amount of time, that's what I like about it.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds breakfast sausage
- 3 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick mix
- 6 - eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar)
- - garlic powder, pepper and parsley, to your taste
How To Make sausage casserole

Step 1Brown sausage in skillet. Drain on paper towels.

Step 2Combine milk, Bisquick mix and eggs. Mix for one minute with electric mixer.

Step 3Spread sausage in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan.

Step 4Pour the Bisquick mixture over the sausage.

Step 5Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 6Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
