I got this recipe from a co-worker 18 years ago and it is very good to serve for company. I have taken it to church potlucks as well.

Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage, browned and drained
- 13 ounces evaporated milk
- 5 slices white bread, broken in pieces
- 5 - eggs
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
How To Make sausage brunch casserole

Step 1Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 9" casserole. Refrigerate overnight covered. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Step 2You can double this recipe and put it in a 9 x 13" casserole pan. To double recipe, use 1 1 /2 to 2 pounds sausage and double all other ingredients. You may also use sausage links cut in small slices.
