How to Make sausage breakfast bake

Step-by-Step

  1. fry potatoes with onions till crispy in just a little bit of olive oil in a well- seasoned cast iron skillet (I use a 10 inch round skillet). If you don't have one however, you may use regular fry pan and then pour everything into greased casserole pan. I then toss in sausage, apples with cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Stir eggs. Pour eggs over all ingredients and top with cheese. Bake at 375 for about 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. Will serve 3-4
