sausage and pecan casserole, my way
I made it with cinnamon swirl bread, you could probably use any bread, but if you don't use cinnamon bread, add some to casserole.

Ingredients
- 1 package sausage, fried, crumbled and drained
- 1 pound cinnamon bread, cubed (16 oz)
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup pecans
- TOPPING
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Step 1Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees 35 min.

Step 2I sprayed 9x13, put cubes in, sausage and pecans on top, mixed liquids together to soak in and stirred together. Then combined topping and crumbled on top before baking.
