I like it cheesy lol. But if you don't want it quite so cheesy, cut the amount of shredded cheese to 8 oz for total recipe.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 pound plain sausage, cooked, drained, cooled
- 10 - eggs
How To Make sausage, egg and cheese casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 325. Cover bottom of greased 9x13 baking dish with half (8 oz) of the shredded cheese.

Step 2Mix all seasonings with sour cream and pour half of mixture over cheese. Sprinkle crumbled sausage over mixture.

Step 3Beat eggs and pour over sausage. Spoon rest of sour cream mixture over eggs. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top.

Step 4Bake for 20-25 minutes uncovered.
