Raspberry Cinnamon French Toast
cinnamon bread cubed (usually just use the whole loaf)
fresh raspberries (or frozen)
How to Make Raspberry Cinnamon French Toast
1Place bread cubes in greased 9x9 square pan. Combine milk, eggs, 3/4 cup brown sugar and spices.
Pour over bread.
2Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Sprinkle almonds over mixture. Combine melted butter and remaining brown sugar; drizzle over top.
3Bake at 400* for 25 minutes. Sprinkle raspberries on top and bake for 10 minutes more or until knife in center comes out clean.
