Ingredients
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese - i usually use cheddar, but you can try swiss, gruyere, etc..
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1 - 9 inch pie shell, baked
How To Make quiche michele

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a saucepan, cook the mushrroms and ham in butter for about 5 minutes and then set aside.

Step 2In a mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients.

Step 3Place ham and mushroom mixture on bottom of cooked pie shell. Pour egg mixture over the top.

Step 4Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
