1 cmushrooms, sliced
1/2 cham, diced
1 cwhipping cream
1/2 cshredded cheese - i usually use cheddar, but you can try swiss, gruyere, etc..
1/4 tspground nutmeg
1 dash(es)black pepper
19 inch pie shell, baked
How to Make Quiche Michele
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a saucepan, cook the mushrroms and ham in butter for about 5 minutes and then set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients.
- Place ham and mushroom mixture on bottom of cooked pie shell. Pour egg mixture over the top.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
