How to Make Quiche Michele
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a saucepan, cook the mushrroms and ham in butter for about 5 minutes and then set aside.
2In a mixing bowl, combine all other ingredients.
3Place ham and mushroom mixture on bottom of cooked pie shell. Pour egg mixture over the top.
4Bake for about 20-25 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
