1Brown sausage and break up into small pieces. Cut bread into cubes and place in a 9 x 12 buttered dish. Cover bread with cheese. Sprinkle sausage over cheese.
2Mix together eggs, milk, and spices.(I use salt and pepper, but my friend uses dill to taste as well- beat well. Pour over contents in the baking dish and tilt pan to spread evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
