1 cfresh or canned pears
1/4 csour cream
1 tspvanilla extract
2 call purpose flour
1 tspbaking soda
1/2 cnuts, chopped
How to Make Pear Bread
- Beat oil and sugar until well blended. Beat in aggs, one at a time. Add sour cream and vanilla.
- Sift together flour, Salt, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add to wet mixture. Beat until well blended. Fold in pears and nuts.
- Spoon into a 9x5 inch loaf pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn out and cool on rack.
