Ingredients
- 12 - eggs
- 14 - slices bread
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup canned tomatoes and green chilis in juice
- 2 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese
- 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 pound precooked breakfast sausage
How To Make pantry crockpot breakfast

Step 1Spread bread with mustard, cut into bite size squares. Lay in buttered crockpot. Layer sausage. Then cheese.

Step 2Mix eggs, milk, tomato and chilis, S&p Pour over bread, cheese & sausage. Set crockpot on low for 9-10hrs. Enjoy!
