Slow Cooker Crock Pot

    slices bread
  • 2 c
  • 1/2 c
    canned tomatoes and green chilis in juice
  • 2 1/2 c
    monterey jack cheese
  • 1 tsp
    each salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 lb
    precooked breakfast sausage

How to Make Pantry Crockpot Breakfast


  1. Spread bread with mustard, cut into bite size squares.
    Lay in buttered crockpot.
    Layer sausage. Then cheese.
  2. Mix eggs, milk, tomato and chilis, S&p Pour over bread, cheese & sausage. Set crockpot on low for 9-10hrs.
