My personal breakfast with all ingredients I had on hand, Especially a loaf of bread I had to use up. If You like spicey You will love waking up to this!!

Ingredients

  • 12 - eggs
  • 14 - slices bread
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup canned tomatoes and green chilis in juice
  • 2 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 pound precooked breakfast sausage

How To Make pantry crockpot breakfast

  • Step 1
    Spread bread with mustard, cut into bite size squares. Lay in buttered crockpot. Layer sausage. Then cheese.
  • Step 2
    Mix eggs, milk, tomato and chilis, S&p Pour over bread, cheese & sausage. Set crockpot on low for 9-10hrs. Enjoy!
