Great french toast recipe! It is just so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1 - loaf italian or french bread, cut into 12 slices
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make overnight creme brulee french toast

  • Step 1
    Melt butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Cook until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the butter mixture onto bottom of dish. Place the bread slices into dish.
  • Step 3
    In medium size bowl, mix the eggs, cream, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate over night.
  • Step 4
    Bake, uncovered, in 350* oven for 40 minutes.
