Ingredients

1/2 c
butter
1 c
packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp
corn syrup
1
loaf italian or french bread, cut into 12 slices
5 large
eggs
1 1/2 c
half and half cream
1/4 tsp
salt
1 tsp
vanilla
1 tsp
cinnamon

How to Make Overnight Creme Brulee French Toast

Step-by-Step

  • 1Melt butter, brown sugar and corn syrup in a small saucepan. Cook until smooth.
  • 2Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Pour the butter mixture onto bottom of dish. Place the bread slices into dish.
  • 3In medium size bowl, mix the eggs, cream, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate over night.
  • 4Bake, uncovered, in 350* oven for 40 minutes.
