1 mdonion, finely chopped

1/2green pepper, diced

1/2red bell pepper, diced

1 lbbreakfast meat, cooked

2 lbshredded hash browns

How To Make overnight breakfast casserole

1Mix eggs, milk & cheese, set aside. Dice onion & peppers- cook to soften Cook breakfast meat

2Put seasoned hash browns in a lightly sprayed 9 x 13 baking dish Combine other ingred. & pour over hash browns Season w/salt & pepper. Cover & refrigerate overnight

3Bake @ 350 for 45-55 minutes Knife in center should be clean when tested. Serve You can also serve it with shredded lettuce, sour cream & salsa
