Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - loaves french bread, cut into cubes
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup milk
- 5 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- BLUEBERRY SYRUP
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup blueberries
How To Make overnight blueberry french toast casserole

Step 1Spray 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick spray.

Step 2Spread half of the bread cubes in bottom of dish.

Step 3Mix together cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and powdered sugar until well combined. Pour over bread.

Step 4Sprinkle with blueberries.

Step 5Add remaining bread cubes.

Step 6Combine 1 cup milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and syrup. Pour over bread cubes.

Step 7Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Step 8Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Step 9Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake covered 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 30 minutes longer.

Step 10During last 10 minutes of baking prepare the Blueberry Syrup. In saucepan combine water, corn starch and sugar. Heat to a simmer. Add blueberries and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 11Serve casserole with warm syrup.
