2 lbbaking potatoes unpeeled (5 or 6 medium)
1 lbbob evan's original recipe roll sausage
1 can(s)evaporated milk
1/3 cchopped green onions
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1/4 tspblack pepper
1/4 cdried bread crumbs
1 Tbspmelted butter
How to Make Oven Breakfast Hash
- Cook potatoes in boiling water until fork-tender. Drain and coarsely chop or mash. Preheat oven to 350.
- Crumble and cook sausage in medium skillet until browned. Drain and transfer to Lg bowl. Stir in potatoes, milk, green onions, worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper.
- Pour into greased 2 1/2 to 3 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 mins or until casserole bubbles and top is browned.
