Ingredients
- 2 pounds baking potatoes unpeeled (5 or 6 medium)
- 1 pound bob evan's original recipe roll sausage
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
How To Make oven breakfast hash

Step 1Cook potatoes in boiling water until fork-tender. Drain and coarsely chop or mash. Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Crumble and cook sausage in medium skillet until browned. Drain and transfer to Lg bowl. Stir in potatoes, milk, green onions, worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper.

Step 3Pour into greased 2 1/2 to 3 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 mins or until casserole bubbles and top is browned.
