Who doesn't enjoy a good Breakfast? This would go wonderfully with a side of eggs!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baking potatoes unpeeled (5 or 6 medium)
  • 1 pound bob evan's original recipe roll sausage
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

How To Make oven breakfast hash

  • Step 1
    Cook potatoes in boiling water until fork-tender. Drain and coarsely chop or mash. Preheat oven to 350.
  • Step 2
    Crumble and cook sausage in medium skillet until browned. Drain and transfer to Lg bowl. Stir in potatoes, milk, green onions, worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper.
  • Step 3
    Pour into greased 2 1/2 to 3 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 mins or until casserole bubbles and top is browned.
