  • 2 lb
    baking potatoes unpeeled (5 or 6 medium)
  • 1 lb
    bob evan's original recipe roll sausage
  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 1/3 c
    chopped green onions
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/4 c
    dried bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Oven Breakfast Hash


  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water until fork-tender. Drain and coarsely chop or mash. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Crumble and cook sausage in medium skillet until browned. Drain and transfer to Lg bowl. Stir in potatoes, milk, green onions, worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper.
  3. Pour into greased 2 1/2 to 3 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs; drizzle with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 mins or until casserole bubbles and top is browned.
