Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups bisquick
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (4 oz)
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 5 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
- extra maple syrup or your choice of syrup
How To Make oven-baked pancake with maple syrup & bacon

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 baking dish and set aside.

Step 2In a medium bowl combine bisquick, half of the cheese, eggs, milk and 1/4 cup syrup. Whisk mixture until nearly smooth. Spread mixture in the baking dish.

Step 3Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick, inserted into center, comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and the bacon and bake for an additional 3 minutes.

Step 4Cut into squares. Serve with additional syrup, if desired.
