Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups bisquick
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (4 oz)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 5 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
  • extra maple syrup or your choice of syrup

How To Make oven-baked pancake with maple syrup & bacon

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 baking dish and set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl combine bisquick, half of the cheese, eggs, milk and 1/4 cup syrup. Whisk mixture until nearly smooth. Spread mixture in the baking dish.
  • Step 3
    Bake in a preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick, inserted into center, comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and the bacon and bake for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Cut into squares. Serve with additional syrup, if desired.
