Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 5 medium idaho potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons texas pete hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed

How To Make my man's breakfast burrito

  • Step 1
    Prepare Potatoes: Rinse, dice into bite-sized cubes and season with (season salt, pepper, dill weed). Add a tablespoon of oil to a frying pan and cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender. When thoroughly cooked, drain excess oil.
  • Step 2
    Prepare Eggs: Scramble 6 eggs and pour into frying pan over fried potatoes. Stir eggs with potatoes until eggs are fully cooked.
  • Step 3
    Set egg and potato mixture to the side and prepare tortillas: Spread a tablespoon of Mayo on to the tortilla. Add egg and potato mixture, cheese and hot sauce. Wrap mixture in tortilla and make into a burrito.
  • Step 4
    Cooking the burritos: In a separate frying pan, add a tablespoon of oil and set to medium heat. Cook burrito until golden brown on each side.
  • Step 5
    Set burritos on a paper towel to soak up any excess oil. Enjoy!
