How to Make Monte Cristo Casserole
- Coat a 13x9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, hot sauce and mustard.
- Arrange slices of bread to cover bottom of dish. Brush with melted butter.
- Top bread with turkey and ham that has been cut into small strips and 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese. Top with remaining bread and brush with butter. Pour the egg mixture over bread and make sure everything is coated. Sprinkle with remaining swiss cheese.
- Preheat oven to 350. Bake 30-40 minutes. Until golden. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
