Ingredients

  • 8 lg
    eggs
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 6 dash
    hot sauce
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1
    loaf white bread
  • 1/4 c
    butter, unsalted & melted
  • 1/2 lb
    turkey, sliced
  • 1/2 lb
    ham, sliced
  • 3 c
    swiss cheese, shredded

How To Make

    Coat a 13x9 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, hot sauce and mustard.

    Arrange slices of bread to cover bottom of dish. Brush with melted butter.

    Top bread with turkey and ham that has been cut into small strips and 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese. Top with remaining bread and brush with butter. Pour the egg mixture over bread and make sure everything is coated. Sprinkle with remaining swiss cheese.

    Preheat oven to 350. Bake 30-40 minutes. Until golden. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
