2 pkgfrozen french toast

4 ozdeli baked ham

4 ozdeli roast turkey

1 cswiss cheese -shredded
-
·powdered sugar ( to sprinkle on top)

TOPPING:

2 CUPS SLICED STRAWBERRIES
-
1/2 CUP STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM MIXTURE ( MORE IF YOU LIKE EXTRA)
How to Make Monte Cristo Brunch Casserole
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whisk eggs and milk until blended. Cut French toast in 3/4 inch cubes; place in large bowl. Pour egg mixture over French toast and mix gently and set aside.
- Combine ham, turkey, ad cheese; mix well. Spoon half of the French toast mixture evenly over bottom of greased 13X9 pan. Top with meat and cheese mixture, spoon remaining French toast mixture over top
- Bake 30-35 minutes or until light golden brown and set in center. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut casserole into squares and top each serving with the strawberry sauce.
- Note: To prepare in advance, cube the French toast and dice the turkey and ham the night before. In the morning you just have to make the egg mixture and assemble the meat and cheese mixture that is all ready to go
