My mother-in-law gave me this recipe, and it has been enjoyed by my family on many Sunday mornings. Sometimes we change it up by layering the bread in a bundt pan.

    refrigerated biscuits cut in quarters
  • 3/4 c
    sugar cinnamon mixture
  • 2 stick
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, light
  • ·
    chopped nuts (optional)

How to Make Monkey bread


  1. Spray a 9-by-13-inch pan with cooking spray. Roll biscuit quarters in sugar cinnamon mixture and toss in pan. Sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Melt margarine, and add brown sugar. Pour over biscuit quarters. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
