Ingredients
- 16 slices thin white bread
- 8 slices canadian bacon
- 1 cup sharp grated cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- dash cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
How To Make maureen's brunch casserole

Step 1Butter a 9x13 inch baking dish- line with half of the bread. On each slice place round of bacon, 1/8 cheese, top with bread.

Step 2Mix remainder of ingredients, except butter. Pour over bread. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3One hour before baking remove from refrigerator. Melt butter, and pour over top. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350* Enjoy....
